5. Re-oil Filter: Once completely dry, apply K&N Air Filter Oil (sold separately) evenly to the pleats. Apply just enough oil to turn the pleats red. Do not over-oil. Allow the oil to wick for 20 minutes, then reapply to any light spots.
6. Reinstall Filter: Reinstall the cleaned and re-oiled filter following the installation instructions.
