1. Product Overview
The Gamalta Aquarium Light is designed to provide optimal lighting for your freshwater aquarium, simulating natural light cycles and offering customizable options. It features high-quality LED lamp beads, a durable aluminum housing, and an expandable bracket for versatile installation.

3. Setup Instructions
3.1 Physical Installation
- Adjust Brackets: The light features retractable brackets that can extend up to 6 inches. Adjust the brackets to fit the length of your aquarium (suitable for 48-54 inch tanks).

- Position Light: Place the light unit securely on the edges of your aquarium. The aluminum housing is designed for water resistance and heat dissipation.
- Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
3.2 Controller Overview
The light is operated via an inline controller with various buttons for mode selection, timing, and brightness adjustment.

- ON/OFF: Power button.
- MODE: Cycles through 8 color settings (White, Red, Green, Blue, Purple, Gold Yellow, Cyan, Cycle).
- TIME: Sets running time (6H/10H/12H).
- 24H AUTO: Activates the 24/7 Natural Mode.
- Brightness +/-: Adjusts brightness levels (10%-100%). Long press for stepless dimming.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 24/7 Natural Mode
This mode simulates a natural lighting cycle from sunrise to night. By default, the light follows a preset schedule:
- 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM: Gold Yellow light (Sunrise)
- 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM: White light (Daylight)
- 6:00 PM - 10:50 PM: Blue light (Moonlight, gradually changes)
- Rest of the day: Off
To activate this mode, press the 24H AUTO button on the controller. You can set the initial running time using the 24H button + 6 time point indication. By default, it turns on at 6 o'clock, and the entire time period can be advanced or delayed.

4.2 Customization Mode
You can manually set the light's color, time, and brightness to suit your preferences.
4.2.1 Color Settings
Press the MODE button to cycle through the eight available colors:
- White
- Red
- Green
- Blue
- Purple
- Gold Yellow
- Cyan
- Cycle (changes colors every 2 minutes)

4.2.2 Timer Settings
Use the TIME button to set the desired running duration:
- 6 Hours
- 10 Hours
- 12 Hours
4.2.3 Brightness Adjustment
Adjust the light intensity using the Brightness +/- buttons. There are five preset brightness levels (10%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%). For fine-tuning, long-press the brightness buttons for stepless dimming.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Waterproof Design
The Gamalta Aquarium Light features an IP68 waterproof rating with 3 layers of waterproofing, including glue-filled lamp beads and an acrylic baffle. This design prevents water vapor from entering and extends the product's lifespan. While the light is well-sealed and can be fully submerged, it is recommended to keep the controller and power adapter dry.

5.2 Cleaning
To maintain optimal light output and appearance, periodically wipe the light unit with a soft, damp cloth. Ensure the light is unplugged before cleaning. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Light Not Turning On
- Check if the power adapter is securely plugged into both the light unit and the electrical outlet.
- Ensure the electrical outlet is functional by testing it with another device.
- Verify that the ON/OFF button on the controller has been pressed.
6.2 Light Modes Not Changing
- Ensure you are pressing the correct buttons (MODE for color, TIME for duration, 24H AUTO for natural cycle).
- If in 24/7 Natural Mode, manual adjustments to time and brightness are unavailable. Switch to Customization Mode to make these changes.
6.3 Dim or Flickering Light
- Check the brightness level setting and increase it if necessary.
- Ensure the power connection is stable.
- Inspect the lamp beads for any visible damage.
