Setup
1. Battery Charging
Before first use, fully charge both 4.0 Ah batteries. The charger typically takes 2-3 hours for a full charge. The battery indicator lights will show the charging status.

Figure 3: Batteries connected to the charger.
2. Chain Installation and Tension Adjustment
One chain is pre-installed. If you need to install or replace a chain:
- Ensure the battery is removed.
- Loosen the guide bar cover nut with the provided screwdriver.
- Carefully place the chain around the guide bar and the drive sprocket. Ensure the cutting edges of the chain are facing the correct direction.
- Replace the guide bar cover and lightly tighten the nut.
- Adjust the chain tension using the tensioning screw. The chain should be snug but still able to be pulled freely around the guide bar by hand. There should be no slack on the underside of the guide bar.
- Fully tighten the guide bar cover nut.
3. Lubrication System Setup
The chainsaw features an intelligent automatic lubrication system.
- Locate the oil reservoir cap on the top of the chainsaw.
- Unscrew the cap and fill the reservoir with appropriate chainsaw bar and chain oil (not included). Do not overfill.
- Replace the cap securely.
- During operation, press the lubrication button periodically to ensure the chain is automatically oiled for smooth and efficient cutting, and to prolong tool life.

Operating Instructions
1. Starting and Stopping
- Insert a fully charged battery into the chainsaw until it clicks into place.
- To start, simultaneously press and hold the safety lock button (usually on the side or top of the handle) and then squeeze the trigger.
- To stop, release the trigger. The chain will stop immediately.
2. Cutting Techniques
The 8-inch guide bar allows for cutting logs up to 20 cm (8 inches) in diameter.
- General Cutting: Position the chainsaw firmly against the wood before engaging the trigger. Allow the chain to reach full speed before beginning the cut.
- Branch Pruning: For smaller branches, a single pass may suffice. For larger branches, make an undercut first to prevent pinching, then complete the cut from the top.
- One-Hand Operation: The lightweight and ergonomic design allows for comfortable one-hand operation for lighter tasks. However, for maximum control and safety, two-hand operation is always recommended.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your chainsaw. Always remove the battery before any maintenance.
- Chain Sharpening: Sharpen the chain regularly to maintain cutting efficiency. Refer to specific chain sharpening tools and techniques.
- Guide Bar Maintenance: Clean the guide bar groove and oil holes periodically. Flip the guide bar regularly to ensure even wear.
- Cleaning: After each use, clean the chainsaw body, guide bar, and chain from wood chips and debris. Use a brush or compressed air. Do not use water directly on electrical components.
- Lubricant Level: Regularly check the oil level in the automatic lubrication system and refill as needed.
- Storage: Store the chainsaw in its carrying case in a dry, secure place, out of reach of children. Ensure batteries are partially charged for long-term storage.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
