Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport if needed.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the main pot, steamer insert, and glass lid with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Do not submerge the main pot's electrical base or handle in water.
  3. Placement: Place the hot pot on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials and other heat sources. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance.

Operating Instructions

Your Bear Hot Pot offers two power settings for versatile cooking.

Bear Hot Pot power adjustment levels: Level 1 (300W) for spaghetti, oats, fried egg; Level 2 (600W) for hot pot, steak, soup.

General Cooking Steps:

  1. Add Ingredients: Place your desired ingredients into the main pot. For liquids, do not exceed the MAX water level (1 liter) to prevent overflow. The full load capacity is 1.6 liters.
  2. Select Power:
    • Level 1 (300W): Ideal for gentle cooking, simmering, or keeping food warm. Suitable for oatmeal, fried eggs, or slow-cooked noodles.
    • Level 2 (600W): For rapid heating, boiling, and cooking dishes like hot pot, steak, or soup.
    Slide the switch on the handle to the desired power level (1 or 2). The indicator light will illuminate.
  3. Cover: Place the glass lid on the pot.
  4. Monitor Cooking: Cook until food is done. The transparent lid allows for easy monitoring.
  5. Serve: Once cooking is complete, slide the switch to "0" (off) and unplug the appliance. Carefully remove the lid and serve.

Using the Steamer Function:

The steamer insert allows you to steam food simultaneously while cooking in the main pot.

  1. Add water to the main pot (ensure it does not touch the bottom of the steamer insert).
  2. Place the steamer insert into the main pot. Arrange food to be steamed in the steamer basket.
  3. Cover with the glass lid.

  • Main Pot: The interior non-stick surface is easy to clean. Wipe with a soft sponge or cloth using mild dish soap and warm water. Rinse thoroughly. Do not submerge the entire pot body in water, especially the electrical components in the handle.
  • Steamer Insert & Lid: These parts are fully washable. Wash with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry.
