Setup and Installation

This door frame kit is designed for ease of assembly and can be painted to match your door. Follow these steps for proper installation:

1. Prepare the Door: Ensure your door has a cut opening of exactly 21 inches x 65 inches. The door itself should be 1 3/4 inches thick.
2. Glass Thickness Note: This frame is specifically designed for 1/2 inch thick glass. Using glass of a different thickness may result in an improper fit.

3. Insert Glass: Carefully place your 20 inch x 64 inch, 1/2 inch thick glass panel into the door opening.
4. Position Frame Halves: Place one half of the frame on the interior side of the door and the other half on the exterior side, aligning them around the glass and the door opening.
5. Secure with Screws: Insert the provided screws through the designated holes in the frame. Tighten them evenly to secure both frame halves together, sandwiching the glass and the door. Do not overtighten.
6. Install Plugs: Once the frame is securely fastened, insert the screw plugs into the screw holes for a finished appearance.
