Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your ride-on truck. For visual guidance, please refer to the official installation video below. Note: The video may feature a pink model, but the assembly steps are identical for the white model.

  1. Install Rear Axle: Secure the rear axle to the underside of the car body using the provided screws and washers.
  2. Attach Rear Wheels: Slide the rear wheels onto the axle. Secure them with washers and locking nuts. Ensure they spin freely but are firmly attached.
  3. Install Front Axle: Attach the front axle assembly to the front underside of the car body.
  4. Attach Front Wheels: Slide the front wheels onto the front axle. Secure them with washers and locking nuts.
  5. Connect Steering Column: Insert the steering column into the designated opening. Connect the wiring harness from the steering wheel to the corresponding connector on the dashboard. Secure the steering wheel to the column.
  6. Install Front Bumper and Windshield: Attach the front bumper and windshield frame to the front of the vehicle.
  7. Connect Battery: Locate the battery compartment (typically under the seat). Connect the red battery terminal to the red wire and the black battery terminal to the black wire. Ensure all connections are secure.
  8. Install Seat: Place the seat into position and secure it with the provided screws.
  9. Attach Roll Bar and Headlights: Install the roll bar at the rear of the vehicle and attach the auxiliary headlights to the roll bar.

Operating Instructions

Your ride-on truck offers two primary control methods: manual operation by the child and parental remote control.

Manual Control (Child Operation)

Children can operate the vehicle using the following controls:

  • Accelerator Pedal: Press to move forward. Release to brake.
  • Forward/Stop/Backward Button: Select the desired direction of travel.
  • Speed Control Button: Choose between 2 optional speeds (low/high).
  • Steering Wheel: Turn left or right to steer the vehicle.
  • Horn Button: Located on the steering wheel, press to activate the horn sound.
  • Music Button: Located on the steering wheel, press to play pre-set music.

Parental Remote Control

Parents can override child control using the included remote control. The remote offers 3 speed options and has an effective control distance of 98.4 ft.

  • Charging: Charge the battery for 8-12 hours before first use and after each play session. Do not overcharge. The charger is 12V 500mA.

Troubleshooting
