Key Components:

  1. Digital LED Display: Shows the remaining battery percentage.

5. Setup: Initial Charging

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your Cygnett ChargeUp Pro 25K Power Bank.

  1. Connect the provided USB-C to USB-C cable to either the USB-C 1 or USB-C 2 port on the power bank.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB wall charger (not included). For fastest charging, use a power adapter with Power Delivery (PD) capabilities.
  3. The digital LED display will show the charging percentage. The power bank is fully charged when the display shows "100".

Charging time may vary depending on the power adapter used.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Checking Battery Level

To check the remaining battery level of your power bank, simply press the power button once. The digital LED display will illuminate and show the current percentage.

6.2 Charging Your Devices

The Cygnett ChargeUp Pro 25K can charge multiple devices simultaneously using its various output ports.

  1. Connect your device's charging cable to the appropriate port on the power bank (USB-A, USB-C 1, or USB-C 2).
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to your device.
  3. The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. If charging does not start, press the power button once.
  4. The digital display will remain active during charging, showing the power bank's remaining charge.

Note: For optimal charging speed, use the USB-C ports with Power Delivery (PD) compatible devices and cables.

7. Maintenance

Proper care and maintenance will extend the life of your power bank.

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface of the power bank. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
  • Storage: Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for extended periods, charge the power bank to approximately 50-75% every 3 months to maintain battery health.
  • Avoid Over-Discharge: Do not allow the power bank to completely discharge for prolonged periods, as this can reduce battery lifespan.
