8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Power bank not charging | Loose cable connection, faulty cable/adapter, power bank fully discharged. | Ensure cables are securely connected. Try a different cable or wall adapter. Allow a few minutes for the power bank to respond if completely discharged. |
| Device not charging from power bank | Power bank low on charge, faulty cable, device not compatible, power bank not activated. | Check power bank battery level. Try a different charging cable. Ensure your device is compatible. Press the power button on the power bank to initiate charging. |
| Slow charging speed | Non-PD compatible charger/cable, device drawing less power, multiple devices charging. | Use a Power Delivery (PD) compatible wall charger and USB-C cable for faster charging. Ensure your device supports fast charging. Charging multiple devices simultaneously may reduce individual charging speeds. |
| Digital display not working | Power bank completely discharged, temporary glitch. | Charge the power bank. If the issue persists after charging, contact customer support. |
