4. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.
- Assemble Trolley (if required): If the trolley is not pre-assembled, follow the included assembly instructions for attaching wheels and handles.
- Secure Drum: Place a 55-gallon fluid drum onto the trolley. Use the integrated drum clamp on the handle to secure the drum firmly in place.
- Install Pump: Insert the air-operated pump into the bung opening of the 55-gallon drum. Ensure it is seated securely.
- Connect Hose: Connect the 50" oil hose from the pump to the digital LCD oil meter gun. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
- Connect Air Supply: Connect a compressed air line to the air inlet on the pump. Ensure the air supply is regulated to the recommended pressure (refer to Specifications section).
- Check for Leaks: Before operation, pressurize the system and check all connections for air or fluid leaks.
5. Operating Instructions
- Prepare for Dispensing:
- Ensure the dispenser is on a stable, level surface.
- Verify the fluid type in the drum is compatible with the dispenser.
- Confirm the air supply is connected and regulated to the correct pressure.
- Power On Digital Meter: Activate the digital LCD oil meter gun. Select the desired unit of measurement (L, Pt, Qt, Gal) if necessary.
- Dispense Fluid:
- Position the nozzle of the digital meter gun into the receiving container.
- Squeeze the trigger on the meter gun to begin dispensing fluid. The digital display will show the amount dispensed.
- Release the trigger to stop dispensing.
- Monitor Fluid Level: Periodically check the fluid level in the drum to avoid running the pump dry.
- After Use:
- Release any residual pressure in the system.
- Disconnect the air supply.
- Return the hose to the hose reel for neat storage.
- Clean any spills immediately.
6. Maintenance

- Daily:
- Inspect hoses and connections for leaks or damage.
- Clean the exterior of the dispenser and the digital meter gun.
- Weekly/Monthly:

- Verify the accuracy of the digital meter gun periodically using a calibrated measuring device.
- Annual:
- Have the pump serviced by a qualified technician.
- Replace worn seals or O-rings as needed.
