1. Introduction

This manual provides instructions for the installation and use of the Magicshine SEEMEE Rear Light Mount Kit. This kit is designed to securely attach compatible Magicshine SEEMEE rear lights to your bicycle, offering both saddle rail and seat-post mounting options.

4. Setup and Installation

4.1. Saddle Mount Installation

1. Identify the saddle mount component from the kit. This mount is designed to attach to the rails under your bicycle saddle.
2. Position the saddle mount under your bicycle saddle, aligning the two hooks with the saddle rails.
3. Gently push the mount upwards until it securely clips onto the saddle rails. Ensure both hooks are firmly engaged.
4. Once the saddle mount is secured, slide your compatible Magicshine SEEMEE rear light onto the mount until it clicks into place. Verify that the light is firmly attached and does not wobble.

4.2. Seat-post Mount Installation

1. Identify the seat-post mount component, which includes an adjustable silicon strap.
2. Wrap the silicon strap around your bicycle's seat post. Ensure the mount's base is facing the desired direction for the light.
3. Pull the strap through the buckle on the mount and secure it tightly. The strap is designed to be adjustable for various seat post diameters and shapes.
4. Once the seat-post mount is secured, slide your compatible Magicshine SEEMEE rear light onto the mount until it clicks into place. Verify that the light is firmly attached and does not wobble.

5. Operation

Once the mount kit is installed and your SEEMEE rear light is attached, the light can be easily removed and re-attached as needed. To remove the light, press the release tab (if present on your specific SEEMEE model) and slide the light off the mount. To re-attach, simply slide the light back onto the mount until it clicks securely.

6. Maintenance

• Regularly inspect both mounts for any signs of wear, cracks, or damage.
• Ensure the silicon strap on the seat-post mount remains flexible and free from tears.
• Keep the mounts clean by wiping them with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals that could degrade the plastic or silicon materials.
• Periodically check that the mounts are securely fastened to your bicycle and that the light attaches firmly.

7. Troubleshooting

• Light feels loose on mount: Ensure the light is fully slid onto the mount until it clicks. Check the mount itself for damage or wear.
• Mount is loose on bicycle: For the saddle mount, ensure it is fully clipped onto the saddle rails. For the seat-post mount, tighten the silicon strap further.
• Difficulty attaching light: Ensure the light and mount are clean and free of debris. Align the light correctly with the mount's grooves before sliding.
