Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all candles and remote controls from the packaging.
2. Install Batteries: Each candle requires 2 AA batteries. Locate the battery compartment at the bottom of each candle. Open the compartment, insert the batteries according to the polarity indicators (+/-), and close the compartment securely.
3. Activate: Ensure the ON/OFF switch on the bottom of each candle is set to the 'ON' position.

Operating Instructions

Use the provided 10-key remote control to operate your Metaku Flameless Flickering Candles.

• ON/OFF: Press the 'ON' button to turn on the candles. Press the 'OFF' button to turn them off.
• Timer Function: Select a timer setting (2H, 4H, 6H, 8H). The candles will remain on for the selected duration and then automatically turn off. They will turn on again automatically at the same time the next day.
• Mode Selection:
  • 'Candle' Mode: Activates the realistic flickering flame effect.
  • 'Light' Mode: Provides a steady, non-flickering glow.
• Brightness Adjustment: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to increase or decrease the brightness level of the candles.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the candles with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.
• Battery Replacement: When the light dims or the candles stop responding, replace the 2 AA batteries in each candle. The LED lamps have a long lifespan of up to 50,000 hours.

Troubleshooting

• Candle does not turn on:
  • Ensure the ON/OFF switch at the bottom of the candle is in the 'ON' position.

• Remote control is not working:
  • Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the candles.

• Candles turn on sporadically:
  • External light sources, particularly direct sunlight, can sometimes interfere with the candle's light sensor, causing them to activate. Consider placement in areas with less direct sunlight if this occurs.
