  • Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the leather to fade or crack.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Chair feels unstable or wobbly. Loose bolts or screws; improper assembly of gas lift to base. Check and tighten all assembly bolts. Ensure the gas lift is fully seated in the base and mechanism plate.
Seat height adjustment not working. Gas lift cylinder malfunction; lever not engaged correctly. Ensure the lever is fully pulled. If the issue persists, the gas lift may need replacement. Contact customer support.
Backrest does not recline or lock. Recline mechanism jammed or damaged; lever not engaged. Check for obstructions. Ensure the recline lever is fully operated. If damaged, contact customer support.
Chair makes noise (squeaking, creaking). Loose connections; friction between parts. Tighten all bolts. Apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to moving parts or connection points if necessary.
Casters not rolling smoothly. Debris (hair, lint) caught in casters. Turn the chair over and remove any debris from the caster wheels.
