4. Setup Guide
Follow these steps to assemble your PC components within the JOYJOM Mini ITX PC Case.
4.1. Preparation
- Gather necessary tools: Phillips head screwdriver, thermal paste, zip ties or Velcro straps for cable management.
- Ensure you have all your PC components ready: Mini ITX motherboard, CPU, CPU cooler (max 36mm height), RAM, Flex 1U PSU, 2.5" SSDs, and a compatible graphics card (max 17x10x4cm).
4.2. Case Disassembly
The case can be fully disassembled for easier component installation. Carefully remove the side panels and top/bottom panels by unscrewing the retaining screws. Keep track of all screws for reassembly.

4.3. Motherboard, CPU, and Cooler Installation
- Install your CPU onto the Mini ITX motherboard.
- Apply thermal paste and install your CPU cooler. Ensure the cooler height does not exceed 36mm.
- Install your RAM modules into the motherboard slots.
- Carefully place the assembled motherboard into the designated area within the case (refer to Image 4). Secure it with the provided screws.
4.4. Storage Installation
Mount up to two 2.5-inch SSDs in the dedicated bays (refer to Image 4). Secure them with screws.
4.5. Power Supply Installation
Install the Flex 1U power supply (15x4x8cm) into its designated compartment (refer to Image 4). Secure it with screws.
4.6. Graphics Card Installation
- Connect the included PCIe 3.0 riser cable to the motherboard's PCIe slot.
- Attach your graphics card to the other end of the PCIe riser cable. Ensure your graphics card dimensions do not exceed 17 cm x 10 cm x 4 cm.
- Mount the graphics card securely within the case, typically parallel to the motherboard, using the provided mounting points and screws.
4.7. Cable Management
Connect all necessary power cables from the PSU to the motherboard, CPU, graphics card, and storage devices. Connect the front panel I/O cables (USB 3.0, power button, etc.) to the motherboard. Route cables neatly to ensure optimal airflow and prevent interference with components. Use zip ties or Velcro straps if needed.
4.8. Reassembly
Once all components are installed and cables are managed, carefully reattach the case panels, ensuring all screws are tightened. Do not overtighten.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Powering On/Off
Connect your monitor, keyboard, mouse, and power cable to the assembled PC. Press the power button located on the front panel to turn on your system. To shut down, use your operating system's power off function.
5.2. Ventilation and Airflow
The case features perforated panels designed for heat dissipation. Ensure the case is placed in an area with adequate airflow and that the vents are not obstructed. Due to its compact size, careful component selection and cable management are crucial for maintaining optimal temperatures.

6.1. Dust Cleaning
Regularly clean the case to prevent dust buildup, which can hinder airflow and component cooling. Use compressed air to clear dust from the perforated panels and internal components. For stubborn dust, a soft brush or microfiber cloth can be used.

Wipe the exterior of the aluminum case with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the finish.

7.1. PC Not Powering On
