1. Introduction

The RASHA PROFESSIONAL CRUX ONE is a battery-operated wireless DMX uplighting fixture. It features nine LED emitters for color projection and mixing. An integrated rechargeable lithium battery provides approximately 5 to 7 hours of operation on a single charge. The unit supports wireless DMX and includes an IR remote for wireless control, reducing the need for extensive cabling during setup. It offers a user-friendly control menu with various preset colors and operational modes.

4. Product Overview

The CRUX ONE uplight integrates several key features for versatile performance.

The unit is equipped with a built-in antenna for wireless DMX communication, allowing for flexible control without signal cables. It utilizes RGBWAU+UV (Red, Green, Blue, White, Amber, Ultraviolet) LED chips for a wide spectrum of color mixing capabilities. An infrared (IR) remote control is included for convenient local operation.

A high-capacity 14000mAh rechargeable battery is integrated, offering extended operation times of 5 to 7 hours on a single charge, depending on usage.

The advanced RGBWAU+UV LED chip configuration allows for the creation of rich colors and pastels, including ultraviolet effects.

The CRUX ONE supports wireless control through a 2.4 GHz receiver/transmitter, enabling seamless integration into wireless DMX systems.

The included IR remote provides direct access to various functions such as ON/OFF, Auto mode, Sound-activated mode, Fade, Custom colors, and individual color selection (Red, Green, Blue, White, Amber, UV).

The rear panel features a digital display for menu navigation, DMX input and output ports for wired DMX connections, and a power input for charging and continuous operation.

5. Setup

5.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the CRUX ONE uplight. Connect the provided power cable to the power input on the rear of the unit and plug it into a standard electrical outlet. The charging indicator on the display will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes several hours.

5.2 Placement

Position the uplight on a stable, flat surface or use the integrated bracket for mounting. Ensure there is sufficient space around the unit for ventilation. Avoid placing the unit near heat sources or in direct sunlight.

5.3 Powering On/Off

Press the power button on the unit or the 'ON'/'OFF' button on the IR remote to power the device on or off.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Control Panel Navigation

The rear panel features a digital display and control buttons (Menu, Up, Down, Enter) for navigating the settings. Use the 'Menu' button to cycle through main options, 'Up'/'Down' to adjust values or select sub-options, and 'Enter' to confirm selections.

6.2 IR Remote Control

The IR remote provides quick access to common functions:

• ON/OFF: Powers the unit on or off.
• Auto: Activates automatic program modes.
• Soun (Sound): Activates sound-activated programs.
• Fash (Flash): Activates strobe effects.
• Colo (Color): Cycles through static colors or color mixing options.
• Fade: Activates color fade programs.
• Cust (Custom): Accesses custom color settings.
• Red, Gren (Green), Blue, Whit (White), Aber (Amber), UV: Direct selection of individual colors.
• Low, Med (Medium), High: Adjusts brightness or speed in certain modes.

6.3 Wireless DMX Operation

The CRUX ONE can receive DMX signals wirelessly. Ensure your DMX controller or transmitter is set to the correct DMX channel and frequency. Refer to the unit's menu for wireless DMX pairing and channel assignment. The 2.4 GHz receiver/transmitter allows for communication with compatible DMX devices.

6.4 Wired DMX Operation

Connect a DMX cable from your DMX controller to the DMX IN port on the CRUX ONE. If linking multiple units, connect from the DMX OUT of the first unit to the DMX IN of the next. Set the DMX address for each unit via the control panel.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning

Regularly clean the exterior of the unit with a soft, dry cloth. For the lens, use a soft, lint-free cloth and a mild glass cleaner if necessary. Ensure the unit is powered off and unplugged before cleaning. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

7.2 Battery Care

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. If storing the unit for an extended period, charge the battery to approximately 50% and recharge every 3-6 months.

8. Troubleshooting

• No Power: Ensure the power cable is securely connected and the outlet is functional. Check if the battery is charged.
• No Light Output: Verify the unit is powered on and not in a blackout mode. Check DMX settings if applicable.
• IR Remote Not Responding: Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the unit. Check the remote's battery.
• Wireless DMX Issues: Confirm the DMX transmitter and receiver are paired and on the same frequency. Check for interference from other 2.4 GHz devices.
