4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the hearing aids and the charging case.

Place both hearing aids into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated for magnetic contact.
Connect the Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and plug the other end into a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer).
The LED power display on the charging case will indicate the charging status. Allow approximately 2 hours for the charging case to fully charge. The hearing aids will charge simultaneously.

4.2 Fitting the Hearing Aids

Selecting the correct ear dome size is crucial for comfort and optimal sound quality, and to prevent whistling (feedback).

Choose an ear dome size that fits snugly but comfortably in your ear canal. Experiment with different sizes provided.
Gently insert the hearing aid into your ear canal until it feels secure. The ergonomic design allows for use in either ear.
Ensure there is a good seal to minimize sound leakage and feedback.

5. Operation

5.1 Power On/Off

To Power On: Long press the touch key on the hearing aid until you hear an audible indication.
To Power Off: Long press the touch key again until you hear an audible indication, or place the hearing aids back into the charging case.

5.2 Volume Adjustment

The ZR-M95 features four volume levels.

While the hearing aid is on, gently touch the touch key with your fingertip to cycle through the volume levels.
Each touch will increase the volume by one level. After the highest level, it will cycle back to the lowest.

5.3 Wearing Instructions

Ensure the hearing aid is securely and comfortably placed in your ear. The device is designed to be discreet and stable during various activities.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

Regular cleaning is essential for hygiene and optimal performance.

Use the provided cleaning brush to gently remove earwax or debris from the ear domes and sound outlet.
Wipe the surface of the hearing aids and charging case with a soft, dry cloth.
Do not use water, cleaning solutions, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the device.

6.2 Charging

To charge the hearing aids, place them into the charging case. The case will automatically begin charging them. Recharge the charging case when its LED display indicates low power.

6.3 Storage

When not in use, store the hearing aids in their charging case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
