2. Setup and Assembly

2.2 Attaching the T-shirt Heating Press

The T-shirt heating press is the primary attachment for flat items. To install:

  1. Place the T-shirt heating platen onto the main base.
  2. Align the upper heating element with the platen and secure it using the wing nuts.
  3. Connect the power cable from the heating element to the control box's designated port.

2.3 Assembling the Mug Press

To use the mug press attachment:

  1. Attach the mug press cradle to the side of the main base using the provided screws.
  2. Insert the mug heating element into the cradle and secure it.
  3. Connect the mug heating element's cable to the control box.

2.4 Assembling the Cap Press

For cap pressing:

  1. Remove the T-shirt platen if installed.
  2. Place the cap press base onto the main base, aligning it with the mounting points.
  3. Attach the cap heating element to the upper assembly and secure it with the wing nuts.
  4. Connect the cap heating element's cable to the control box.

2.5 Assembling the Shoes Press

To prepare for shoe pressing:

  1. Remove any other platens.
  2. Place the shoe press base onto the main base, ensuring it is stable.
  3. Attach the shoe heating element to the upper assembly and secure it.
  4. Connect the shoe heating element's cable to the control box.

3. Operating Instructions

  • Temperature Setting: Press the 'SET' button to enter temperature setting mode. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the temperature (Range: 0-4820F / 0-2500C). Press 'SET' again to confirm.
  • Time Setting: After setting temperature, press 'SET' again to enter time setting mode. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the time (Range: 0-999 seconds). Press 'SET' a third time to confirm and exit.
  • Preset Modes: The control box features 3 quick-switch preset modes for common items (e.g., T-shirt, Cap, Mug, Shoes). Refer to the display for recommended settings.
  • Counting Function: The machine includes a counter to track the number of presses.

3.2 3600 Swing-Away Design

The 3600 swing-away feature enhances safety and ease of use. After setting your item on the lower platen, you can swing the upper heating element away to prevent accidental burns while arranging your design. Once ready, swing it back into position for pressing.

3.3 Adjusting Pressure

The machine features an adjustable height and multi-spring pressure knob. Rotate the knob on top of the machine to increase or decrease pressure. Adjust the pressure based on the thickness of the material you are pressing to ensure even heat distribution and a successful transfer.
