  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts listed in the packing list are present.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the handle to the main unit using the provided hardware.
  3. Add Engine Oil: Locate the oil fill cap/dipstick. Fill the engine with the supplied premium engine lubricant (or recommended oil) to the proper level. Do not overtighten the cap.
  4. Add Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded gasoline. Refer to the engine manual for specific fuel requirements. Ensure the fuel cap is securely tightened.
  5. Connect High-Pressure Hose: Connect one end of the 35 ft. non-marring high-pressure hose to the pressure washer pump outlet and the other end to the trigger handle.
  6. Connect Garden Hose: Connect a standard garden hose (not supplied) to the water inlet on the pressure washer. Ensure the garden hose is free of kinks and has a minimum diameter of 5/8 inch.
  7. Connect Nozzle: Attach the 5-in-1 quick-change-over nozzle to the extension wand.
  8. Detergent Tank (Optional): If using detergent, fill the on-board detergent tank with pressure washer safe detergent.

Operating Instructions

  1. Starting the Engine:
    • Ensure the unit is on a level surface.
    • Turn on the water supply to the garden hose.
    • Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to purge air from the pump and hose until a steady stream of water emerges.
    • Set the engine switch to "ON".
    • If the engine is cold, apply choke.
    • Pull the recoil starter handle firmly until the engine starts.
    • Once started, gradually open the choke (if used).
  2. Using the Nozzle: The 5-in-1 quick-change-over nozzle allows for various spray patterns. Rotate the nozzle to select the desired pattern (e.g., 0°, 15°, 25°, 40°, or soap).
    • 0° (Red): Pinpoint stream for intense cleaning of small, stubborn areas. Use with extreme caution.
    • 15° (Yellow): Narrow fan for concentrated cleaning of hard surfaces.
    • 25° (Green): Medium fan for general cleaning of most surfaces.
    • 40° (White): Wide fan for gentle cleaning of delicate surfaces.
    • Soap (Black): Low-pressure stream for applying detergent.
  3. Applying Detergent:
    • Ensure the detergent tank is filled with pressure washer safe detergent.
    • Select the "Soap" setting on the 5-in-1 nozzle.
    • Apply detergent to the surface. Allow it to soak for a few minutes (do not let it dry).
    • Switch to a high-pressure nozzle setting (e.g., 25° or 15°) and rinse thoroughly.
  4. Shutting Down:
    • Turn off the engine switch.
    • Turn off the water supply.
    • Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to release any remaining pressure.
