1. Introduction
This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your IMagacFun 6.4 x 5ft Outdoor Storage Shed. Please read this manual thoroughly before beginning assembly or use to ensure safe and correct installation and to maximize the lifespan of your product. Keep this manual for future reference.
2. Safety Information
WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.
- Carefully handle all components, especially metal panels, as edges may be sharp. Wear protective gloves during assembly.
- Ensure the shed is assembled on a level, stable surface. Proper foundation is critical for structural integrity.
- Prevent water from entering through transparent panels during heavy rain or cleaning to avoid interior moisture.
- Consider dimensional specifications when selecting a location to ensure adequate clearance and stability.
- Do not climb on the shed roof.
- Keep children and pets away from the assembly area.
- Secure the shed to the ground using appropriate anchoring methods to prevent wind damage.
3. Package Contents
Before beginning assembly, verify that all parts listed in the packing list are present and undamaged. A detailed parts list with corresponding labels is included in your product packaging. Typically, the package includes:
- Galvanized steel wall panels
- Roof panels and support beams
- Door panels and sliding mechanisms
- Metal floor frame components
- Hardware kit (screws, nuts, washers, bolts)
- Transparent roof panels
- Lockable door latch
If any parts are missing or damaged, please contact IMagacFun customer support immediately.
4. Setup and Assembly Instructions
Assembly typically requires two people and basic tools such as a screwdriver, wrench, and possibly a drill. Refer to the detailed diagrams provided in your physical instruction manual for specific steps and part identification.

4.1. Site Preparation and Foundation
- Choose a level, well-drained area for your shed.
- Clear the area of any debris, rocks, or vegetation.
- Construct a solid, level foundation (e.g., concrete slab, treated timber frame, or gravel base) that matches the shed's dimensions.

Figure 4.2: The metal floor frame provides a base, allowing you to add wood planks to keep items off the ground.
4.2. Floor Frame Assembly
- Assemble the metal floor frame components according to the diagrams. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Place the assembled frame onto your prepared foundation.
- Secure the frame to the foundation using appropriate anchors (not included).
4.3. Wall Panel Installation
- Attach the side and rear wall panels to the floor frame and to each other, following the numbered sequence in your manual.
- Ensure panels are correctly oriented and aligned before tightening fasteners.
- Important Tip: Carefully review all diagrams and part labels. If pre-drilled holes do not align perfectly, minor adjustments or pilot drilling may be necessary to ensure proper fit and prevent material buckling.
4.4. Roof Assembly and Installation
- Assemble the roof support beams and attach them to the top of the wall panels.
- Install the roof panels, including the transparent sections, ensuring they overlap correctly to prevent water ingress.
- Secure all roof components firmly. The inclined slope roof is designed to prevent water accumulation.

4.5. Door Installation
- Install the sliding door tracks at the top and bottom of the door opening.
- Carefully insert the door panels into the tracks.
- Attach the lockable latch mechanism to the doors.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Accessing the Shed
The shed features sliding doors. To open, slide the doors along their tracks. To close, slide them back until they meet. The integrated latch allows for securing the doors with a padlock (not included).
5.2. Ventilation and Lighting
The transparent panels integrated into the roof allow natural sunlight to illuminate the interior, reducing the need for artificial lighting during the day. Ensure these panels remain clear of obstructions for optimal light transmission.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance will help preserve the condition and functionality of your storage shed.
- Cleaning: Clean the exterior of the shed periodically with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the galvanized steel finish. Rinse thoroughly.
- Inspection: Annually inspect all fasteners (screws, bolts) and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten as necessary. Check for any signs of rust or damage to the panels and frame.
- Door Tracks: Keep the sliding door tracks clear of dirt, leaves, and debris to ensure smooth operation. Lubricate tracks with a silicone-based spray if doors become stiff.
- Drainage: Ensure the area around the shed's base remains clear to allow for proper water drainage and prevent moisture buildup.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1. Assembly Difficulties
If you encounter difficulties during assembly, such as misaligned holes or unclear diagrams:
- Double-check the part numbers and orientation against the manual's diagrams.
- Ensure the foundation is perfectly level, as an uneven base can cause alignment issues.
- If holes do not align, use a drill to create pilot holes or slightly enlarge existing ones, taking care not to damage the material.
- Do not force components together, as this can cause buckling or damage.
7.2. Water Leakage
If you observe water leakage:
- Inspect all roof panel overlaps and seams for proper sealing. Apply silicone sealant if necessary.
- Check the base of the shed for gaps between the frame and the foundation. Seal any gaps with appropriate outdoor sealant.
- Ensure the transparent panels are securely installed and sealed.
7.3. Stiff Sliding Doors
If the doors are difficult to slide:
- Clean the top and bottom door tracks thoroughly to remove any debris.
- Apply a silicone-based lubricant to the door tracks.
- Check if the shed is level; an uneven structure can cause doors to bind.
