Setup

Follow these steps for the initial setup of your new kettle:

3. For first use, fill the kettle with water to the MAX line (1 Liter), boil, and then discard the water. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residues or odors.

Operating Instructions

The Mixpresso Electric Kettle offers precise temperature control for various hot beverages.

Filling the Kettle

• Remove the kettle from its power base.
• Open the snap-on lid.
• Fill the kettle with fresh, cold water. Do not fill below the MIN (0.5L) line or above the MAX (1.0L) line.
• Close the lid securely.
• Place the kettle back onto the power base.

Boiling Water (212°F / 100°C)

1. After filling, press the power button (⏻) on the handle.
2. The LED indicator will illuminate blue when idle, and red when heating.
3. The kettle will automatically shut off once the water reaches boiling temperature (212°F / 100°C), and the LED will turn blue.

Temperature Control Settings

Customize your water temperature from 104°F to 212°F for optimal brewing of different beverages.

1. After filling the kettle, use the temperature adjustment buttons (+ and -) on the handle to select your desired temperature. The digital display will show the chosen temperature.
2. Press the power button (⏻) to begin heating. The LED will turn red.
3. The kettle will stop heating once the set temperature is reached, and the LED will turn blue.

Keep Warm Function

To maintain the heated water at your desired temperature for up to 30 minutes:

1. After setting your desired temperature and starting the heating process, press the "Keep Warm" button (indicated by steam waves SSS).
2. The kettle will heat the water to the set temperature and then maintain it for 30 minutes.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your kettle.

• Always unplug the kettle from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
• The exterior of the kettle can be wiped with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as this may damage the stainless steel finish.
• The interior of the kettle should be hand washed. Do not immerse the kettle body in water.
• For descaling (removing mineral deposits), fill the kettle with a mixture of equal parts water and white vinegar. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes, or boil the mixture for stubborn deposits. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water several times after descaling.
