Setup
1. Installing the Container Sleeve
Carefully slide the black neoprene container sleeve onto the clear 12-quart container. The sleeve is designed to fit snugly to provide optimal insulation, helping to maintain consistent water temperatures during cooking.

2. Installing the Built-in Rack
The metal rack is designed to fit into slots on the container wall. It can be installed in two main orientations (right side up or upside down) to provide four adjustable levels of height for your food items. This allows you to optimize the cooking space based on the volume of food.

3. Attaching the Sous Vide Cooker
The silicone lid features a pre-shaped opening designed to accommodate various sous vide immersion circulators. Simply place the lid on the container and insert your sous vide cooker into the designated hole. The flexible silicone ensures a secure fit, minimizing heat and water evaporation.

Operating Instructions
General Use
- Ensure the container sleeve is properly installed.
- Place the sous vide rack inside the container at your desired height level.
- Fill the container with water to the appropriate level, ensuring it covers your food items and is within your sous vide cooker's minimum/maximum fill lines.
- Place your vacuum-sealed food items into the water bath, using the rack to keep them submerged and organized.
- Place the silicone lid on top of the container.
- Insert your sous vide immersion circulator into the lid's opening.
- Set your desired temperature and cooking time on your sous vide cooker and begin the cooking process.

Collapsible Silicone Lid
The unique hinged design of the silicone lid allows you to easily open a portion of the lid without removing the entire lid or the sous vide cooker. This feature is particularly useful for adding or removing food items, or refilling water during extended cooking sessions, minimizing heat loss and maintaining a stable cooking environment.

Maintenance and Care
Cleaning
After each use, allow the container and components to cool. Hand wash the clear container, silicone lid, and metal rack with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and air dry. The neoprene sleeve can be wiped clean with a damp cloth or hand washed with mild detergent and air dried.
Storage
Store all components together in a clean, dry place. The rack and sleeve can be stored inside the container for compact storage.
Troubleshooting
- Food Floating: If food bags float, ensure they are properly vacuum-sealed. Utilize the adjustable rack to hold bags submerged.
- Temperature Fluctuations: Ensure the container sleeve is correctly installed and the lid is properly closed around the sous vide cooker to minimize heat loss.
- Lid Fit: The silicone lid is designed for universal compatibility. If it feels loose, ensure it is seated correctly on the container's rim.
