Setup

1. Powering On and Initial Configuration

1. Connect the power adapter to the frame and a power outlet. The frame will automatically power on.
2. Follow the on-screen prompts to select your preferred language and time zone.
3. Connect the frame to your Wi-Fi network (2.4GHz only).

2. Installing the Uhale App

The Uhale App is the exclusive application for managing your Atatat Digital Picture Frame. It allows for seamless photo and video transfers, as well as remote control of frame settings.

• Download the Uhale App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your smartphone.
• Sign up for a new account or log in if you already have one.
• On your digital picture frame, tap the 'Add Friend' icon to generate a unique frame code. This code is valid for 12 hours.
• In the Uhale App, enter the generated frame code to bind your smartphone to the picture frame.

3. Transferring Photos and Videos

You can transfer photos and videos to your frame using multiple methods:

• Uhale App: Use the app to batch upload up to 9 photos/videos at a time. You can also delete or hide content in batches.
• Email: Send photos and videos directly to your frame's unique email address.
• USB Drive/SD Card: Insert a USB drive or SD card (up to 128GB, not included) into the frame's designated ports to import media.

Operating Your Frame

1. Display and Slideshow Modes

• The 10.1-inch screen offers high resolution for vibrant photo display.
• The frame supports an auto-rotate function, adjusting the display orientation automatically when the frame is turned.
• Choose from four different slideshow effects in playback mode.

• Cannot connect to Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. Verify the Wi-Fi password. Try restarting your router and the picture frame.
• Photos not appearing: Confirm that photos have been successfully uploaded via the app, email, USB, or SD card. Check the storage source selected on the frame.
• Screen frozen: Disconnect the power adapter, wait for a few seconds, and then reconnect it to restart the frame.
