Setup

1. Charging the Devices

Before first use, fully charge both the collar receiver and the remote transmitter. Connect the 2-in-1 charging cable to a USB power source. The indicator lights will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged).

2. Fitting the Collar

Ensure the collar fits snugly but comfortably around your dog's neck. You should be able to fit two fingers between the collar and your dog's neck. The contact points on the receiver should make direct contact with your dog's skin. Use the appropriate length contact points (short for thin hair, long for thick coats) and consider using the silicone protective covers for added comfort.

3. Pairing the Remote and Receiver

Typically, the remote and receiver come pre-paired. If re-pairing is needed, refer to the detailed instructions in the included paper manual. Ensure both devices are powered on during the pairing process.

Operating Instructions

1. Powering On/Off

To power on the receiver, press and hold the power button until the indicator light illuminates. To power off, press and hold the button until the light turns off. For the remote, slide the side switch to the 'ON' position to power on, and 'OFF' to power off.

2. Selecting Training Modes

The remote offers four training modes: Beep, Vibration, Shock, and Shock Boost. Use the dedicated buttons on the remote's front panel to activate the desired mode.

• Beep Mode: Provides an audible tone.
• Vibration Mode: Delivers a gentle vibration.
• Shock Mode: Delivers a static correction.
• Shock Boost: Delivers a 10% higher static correction than the set Shock level.

3. Adjusting Intensity Levels

The Vibration mode has 9 adjustable levels, and the Shock mode has 99 adjustable levels. Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the side of the remote to increase or decrease the intensity for Vibration and Shock modes respectively. Start with the lowest effective level and gradually increase if necessary.

4. Channel Switching

The remote supports up to 4 collars. Use the channel button on the side of the remote to switch between different collar channels if you are training multiple dogs.

5. Keypad Lock

To prevent accidental button presses, slide the lock switch on the side of the remote to the locked position. This will disable the command buttons until unlocked.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

Regularly clean the collar receiver and contact points with a damp cloth. Ensure the contact points are free of dirt or debris to maintain effective stimulation. Do not use harsh chemicals.

2. Battery Care

Recharge the devices when the battery indicator shows low power. Avoid fully depleting the battery frequently to prolong its lifespan. Store the devices in a dry place when not in use.

3. Waterproofing

While the receiver is IPX7 waterproof, ensure the charging port cover is securely closed before exposing it to water to prevent internal damage.

Troubleshooting

• Device not turning on: Ensure devices are fully charged.
• No stimulation: Check collar fit, ensure contact points touch skin, verify battery levels, and confirm remote is on the correct channel. Use the test light tool to confirm shock functionality.
• Remote not responding: Check remote battery, ensure it's powered on, and not in locked mode.
• Inconsistent performance: Re-pair the remote and receiver. Ensure no strong electromagnetic interference in the training area.
