1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the FODEXAZY 700W Cold Spark Machine. This device is designed to produce spectacular, safe, and low-temperature spark effects for various events such as concerts, weddings, parties, and stage performances. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your cold spark machine. Please read it thoroughly before use.

2. Safety Information

WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in fire, electric shock, injury, or damage to the product or property.

• The ejected spark cannot touch any object in the air. It is forbidden to block the cover of the flame machine.
• When the flame is sprayed, please maintain a safe distance of more than 3 meters.
• Do not block the air inlet and the air outlet; doing so may impact the machine's electrical components and cause electric shock.
• Non-professionals are prohibited from opening the machine for repair.
• Flammable materials must be kept a safe distance from the machine.
• The machine is equipped with a tilt protection device and intelligent material discharge function for safe use.
• The spark temperature is below 40°C, making it safe to touch, but caution is always advised.

4. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the cold spark machine and all accessories from the packaging. Verify all components listed in the kit are present (power cord, 8-key remote control, 1.2m signal cable, manual).
2. Placement: Place the machine on a stable, level surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance around the machine for ventilation and spark projection. Maintain a minimum distance of 3 meters from flammable materials and audience.
3. Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the machine's power input (220V/50HZ or 110V/60HZ) and then to a suitable power outlet. Ensure the power switch is in the OFF position before connecting.
4. Consumable Loading: Open the consumable tank cover and carefully pour the cold spark powder into the tank. The tank capacity is 200g. Close the cover securely after filling.
5. DMX Connection (Optional): For DMX control, connect a DMX cable from your DMX controller to the DMX IN port of the machine. If linking multiple units, connect from DMX OUT of the first machine to DMX IN of the next.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On and Preheating

1. After connecting power, switch the machine to the ON position. The 4-digit display will illuminate.
2. The machine will begin preheating. This process takes approximately 4 minutes. The display will show a preheating indicator.
3. Once preheating is complete, the "READY" indicator light will turn on, and the machine is ready for operation.

5.2 Remote Control Operation

The included 8-key remote control allows for convenient wireless operation within a 15-meter range. Ensure the remote control has working batteries.

5.3 DMX512 Control (Advanced)

The machine supports DMX512 control with 3 channels. Refer to your DMX controller's manual for specific programming instructions. Connect the DMX cable to the DMX IN port and set the DMX address using the machine's display and buttons.

6. Maintenance

• Regular Cleaning: Periodically clean the exterior of the machine with a soft, dry cloth. Ensure the air inlet and outlet vents are free from dust and debris to maintain proper ventilation.
• Consumable Management: Always use recommended cold spark powder. After each use, if there is remaining powder, ensure the tank is sealed to prevent moisture absorption. If the machine will not be used for an extended period, it is advisable to empty the consumable tank.
• Internal Cleaning (Clear Function): Use the "Clear" function on the remote control to clean the preheating consumables. This helps prevent blockages and ensures consistent performance.
• Storage: Store the machine in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
