1. Safety Warnings and Guidelines
Please read all instructions carefully before assembling and using the Dream On Me Zazzy Portable Playard with Bassinet. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Age and Size Limits: This playard is intended for children under 36 inches (91 cm) tall or until they are able to climb out, whichever comes first. The bassinet feature is suitable for infants from birth up to 12 months, or until they can push up on their hands and knees, whichever comes first. The maximum weight recommendation for the playard is 25 pounds (11.3 kg).
- Assembly: Adult assembly is required. Ensure all parts are correctly assembled and securely locked before use.
- Supervision: Never leave your child unattended in the playard or bassinet.
- Suffocation Hazard:
- Never use additional padding, pillows, comforters, or mattresses inside the playard or bassinet. Only use the mattress pad provided by the manufacturer.
- Strings and cords can cause strangulation. Keep strings and cords away from the child. Do not place the playard near windows where cords from blinds or drapes could strangle a child.
- Do not attach toys with strings or cords to the playard.
- Fall Hazard: When a child is able to pull themselves to a standing position, remove the bassinet feature.
- Product Integrity: Regularly inspect the playard for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts, or sharp edges. Do not use the playard if any parts are missing or broken. Contact Dream On Me for replacement parts.
- Environment: Do not use the playard near open flames, heaters, or other heat sources.

2. Package Contents and Components
Before assembly, ensure all components listed below are present and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, do not proceed with assembly and contact customer support.

3. Setup Instructions
The Dream On Me Zazzy Portable Playard is designed for quick and easy setup. Follow these steps for proper assembly.
3.1 Unfolding the Playard
- Remove the playard from the travel tote bag.
- Stand the playard upright with the legs pointing downwards.
- Separate the four corner posts slightly.
- Firmly push down on the center hub of the playard floor until it locks into place. Ensure all four side rails are rigid and locked. If a side rail does not lock, pull the center hub up slightly and try again.
- Place the folding mattress pad inside the playard, with the padded side facing up.

3.2 Installing the Bassinet (Optional)
The bassinet feature provides a raised sleeping area for infants. Ensure the playard is fully assembled and locked before installing the bassinet.
- Unzip the bassinet fabric from the main playard frame.
- Attach the bassinet support bars to the designated clips on the upper inside perimeter of the playard frame.
- Ensure all bassinet clips are securely fastened.
- Place the mattress pad into the bassinet, ensuring it lies flat.
- The bassinet should only be used for infants who cannot push up on their hands and knees, or weigh more than the recommended limit.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Using as a Playard
- Ensure the playard is fully assembled and locked.
- Place the child inside the playard. The breathable mesh sides allow for 360-degree visibility, enabling you to keep an eye on your child.
- Always supervise your child while they are in the playard.
- Do not allow children to climb out of the playard. Discontinue use if the child is able to climb out.
4.2 Using as a Bassinet
- Ensure the bassinet is securely installed within the playard frame.
- Place the infant in the bassinet.
- The bassinet is designed for infants who cannot push up on their hands and knees. Discontinue use of the bassinet feature when your child reaches this developmental stage or exceeds the weight limit.
- Always ensure the mattress pad is flat and securely positioned within the bassinet.
4.3 Folding and Storage
- Remove the child and any toys from the playard.
- If the bassinet is installed, remove it.
- Remove the mattress pad.
- Locate the release mechanism (usually a button or lever) on the center hub of the playard floor. Pull it upwards to unlock the floor.
- Locate the release buttons on the center of each side rail. Press these buttons to unlock and fold each side rail inwards.
- Gather the four corner posts together, allowing the playard to collapse into a compact shape.
- Wrap the mattress pad around the folded playard.
- Place the folded playard and mattress pad into the travel tote bag for convenient storage and transport.

5. Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning Fabric: The fabric components can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow to air dry completely. Do not use harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners.
- Cleaning Frame: Wipe the metal and plastic parts of the frame with a damp cloth.
- Mattress Pad: The mattress pad can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Ensure it is completely dry before placing it back into the playard.
- Storage: When not in use, store the playard in its travel tote bag in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Inspection: Periodically check all fasteners, straps, and fabric for wear, tear, or damage. Replace worn parts immediately.
6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |

| Playard side rails do not lock. | The center hub of the playard floor is not fully pulled up or is already pushed down. | Ensure the center hub is pulled up before attempting to lock the side rails. If already pushed down, pull it up slightly, then firmly push down on the side rail joints until they click into place. Finally, push the center hub down firmly. |
| Playard does not fold easily. | Side rails are still locked, or the center hub is not released. | Ensure the center hub is pulled up first. Then, press the release buttons on the center of each side rail to unlock them before attempting to fold. |
| Bassinet feels unstable. | Bassinet support bars are not fully clipped or secured. | Verify that all bassinet support bars are correctly attached to the designated clips on the playard frame and are securely fastened. |
