4. Setup and Connection

4.1 Powering the Keyboard

The RK68 keyboard requires two AAA batteries (not included) for operation. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the keyboard, insert the batteries, and ensure the power switch is in the 'ON' position.

4.2 2.4Ghz Wireless Connection

1. Locate the 2-in-1 USB-A/USB-C wireless receiver.
2. Plug the receiver into an available USB-A or USB-C port on your computer or device.
3. On the keyboard, press Fn + Q to switch to 2.4Ghz mode. The keyboard will automatically connect to the receiver.

1. On the keyboard, press Fn + W for BT1 or Fn + E for BT2 to select a Bluetooth channel.

3. On your device (PC, tablet, smartphone), enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
4. Select "K68TB5.0" or "TB3.0" (pairing name may vary slightly) from the list of available devices to complete the pairing process.

5. Operation

5.1 Switching Between Devices

To switch between connected devices, simply press:

• Fn + Q for 2.4Ghz wireless mode.
• Fn + W for Bluetooth channel 1.
• Fn + E for Bluetooth channel 2.

5.2 Hot-Swapping Switches

The RK68 keyboard features a 3-pin hot-swappable PCB, allowing you to change mechanical switches without soldering. Use the included keycap puller to remove the keycap, then use a switch puller (not included) to gently remove the switch. Align the pins of the new switch with the holes on the PCB and press firmly until it clicks into place.

5.3 Multimedia Shortcuts

The keyboard includes various multimedia shortcuts accessible via the Fn key. Refer to the keycap legends for specific functions (e.g., volume control, media playback).

6. Power Management
