4. Installation

4.1. Fuel Valve Installation

The fuel shut-off valve controls the flow of fuel from the tank to the carburetor.

1. Locate the threaded opening on the underside of the fuel tank, typically near one corner.

5.1. Filling the Fuel Tank

1. Ensure the generator is turned off and cooled down before refueling.
2. Open the fuel cap.
3. Using a clean funnel, slowly pour fresh, unleaded gasoline into the tank. Do not overfill; leave some space for fuel expansion.
4. Securely replace the fuel cap and ensure the vent cap is properly seated.
5. Wipe away any spilled fuel immediately.

5.2. Checking Fuel Level
