  1. Sit in a comfortable position with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
  2. Place your arm on a flat surface, such as a table, with your palm facing upwards.
  3. Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, ensuring the bottom edge of the cuff is approximately 2-3 cm (about 1 inch) above your elbow joint. The red area on the cuff should be positioned over your main artery on the inside of your arm.
  4. The cuff should fit snugly enough that you can barely slide two fingers under the top edge.
  5. Remain still and quiet during the measurement.

6.2 Taking a Measurement

  1. Press the large blue "START/STOP" button to begin the measurement.
  2. The cuff will automatically inflate, and the monitor will display your systolic pressure (SYS), diastolic pressure (DIA), and pulse rate (PUL).
  3. Once the measurement is complete, the cuff will deflate, and the results will be displayed on the screen. The 3-color indicator on the right side of the screen will light up (Green for Normal, Orange for Mild Hypotension, Red for High) to provide a quick visual assessment of your blood pressure level according to WHO guidelines.
  4. Press the "START/STOP" button again to turn off the device, or it will automatically shut off after a period of inactivity to conserve battery.
