  3. Insert Upper Guide Rail: Carefully insert the upper guide rail into the installed guide rail brackets.
  4. Assemble Rollers on Glass: Attach the rollers to the pre-drilled holes on both glass panels. Ensure they are securely fastened.
  5. Hang Glass Door Assembly: With assistance, carefully hang the glass door assembly onto the upper rail. Ensure the rollers are properly seated in the tracks.
  6. Position Bottom Guide: Temporarily place the bottom guide block to determine its optimal position, ensuring the glass doors are centered on your shower curb. Mark the hole locations.
  7. Fix Bottom Guide Block: Remove the glass doors. Drill holes at the marked locations for the bottom guide. Apply silicone sealant to any holes before inserting wall anchors. Fix the bottom guide block to the floor using the 4x25 screws.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance will keep your DELAVIN shower door looking new and functioning optimally.

  • Glass Cleaning: The clear tempered glass is easy to clean. Use a soft cloth and a non-abrasive glass cleaner or a mixture of white vinegar and water. Wipe down after each use to prevent water spots and soap scum buildup.
  • Hardware Care: The stainless steel hardware is rust and corrosion-resistant. Clean with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
  • Seal Strips: Periodically check the anti-water seal strips for wear and tear. Replace if they become damaged to maintain a watertight enclosure.
  • Roller Functionality: Ensure rollers remain free of debris and operate smoothly. Lubricate with a silicone-based lubricant if necessary.
