Proper Latch Technique
- Position the nipple so that the baby's lips cover the wide base of the nipple, reaching the Latch-On Line. This ensures a deep and effective latch.

- The soft and flexible silicone allows for natural tongue movement, similar to breastfeeding, which helps in milk extraction and prevents nipple confusion.
- The anti-colic system's air vent helps regulate air pressure inside the bottle, reducing air intake and minimizing gas and discomfort for the baby.

6. Maintenance
Cleaning Instructions
- After Each Use: Disassemble all parts of the bottle and nipple. Wash immediately after each use to prevent milk residue from drying.
- Hand Washing: Wash the nipple thoroughly with warm water and mild dish soap. Use a soft brush or sponge to clean all surfaces, ensuring no milk residue remains, especially inside the nipple and around the vent. Rinse thoroughly.
- Dishwasher Safe: The nipple is dishwasher safe. Place it on the top rack of your dishwasher.

Sterilization
The silicone nipple can be sterilized using the following methods:
- Boiling: Place the nipple in boiling water for 5 minutes. Ensure it does not touch the sides of the pot to prevent damage.
- Steam Sterilizer: Follow the manufacturer's instructions for your steam sterilizer.
- Chemical Sterilization: Use a sterilizing solution according to the product instructions.
7. Troubleshooting
- Slow Flow: If the milk flow seems too slow for your baby, ensure the vent hole is clear and not clogged. Check if the nipple size 'M' is still appropriate for your baby's age and feeding development. Consider consulting a pediatrician or lactation consultant.
- Fast Flow / Choking: If the flow is too fast, causing your baby to choke or gulp, ensure the nipple is correctly assembled and not stretched. The 'M' size is medium flow; if your baby is struggling, they might need a slower flow nipple (e.g., 'S' or 'SS').
- Leaking: Ensure the nipple is securely pulled through the screw cap and the cap is tightly fastened to the bottle. Check for any damage to the nipple or bottle rim.
- Baby Not Latching: Ensure the Latch-On Line is used as a guide for proper positioning. The nipple's design is intended to mimic the breast; however, some babies may require time to adjust. Consult a lactation consultant if issues persist.
