Setup and Installation

Connecting Terminals

Series and Parallel Connections

The battery supports up to 2 units in series and 4 units in parallel (Max 2S4P). This allows for increased capacity (up to 400Ah) and higher voltage (up to 51.2V) for larger systems.

• For a 48V system, connect two 25.6V 100Ah batteries in series.
• For increased capacity at 25.6V, connect batteries in parallel.

Operating Instructions

Initial Charge

The battery is shipped at approximately 30-50% capacity to comply with shipping regulations. Fully charge the battery before its first use.

Monitoring with Bluetooth App

The Power Queen battery can be monitored via a smartphone app. Scan the QR code on the battery to download the official Power Queen app. The app provides real-time data on State of Charge (SOC), discharge time, temperature, power (watts), current (amps), and voltage. It also displays cycle times and firmware version.

Maintenance

Charging

Use a compatible LiFePO4 charger. The charging voltage for a 25.6V battery is typically 28.8V-29.2V. Ensure your charger is set to the correct lithium profile.

Long-Term Storage

For long-term storage, it is best to store your battery at a 50% charge level and recharge every three months if it is not going to be used for a long time. Store in a fireproof container and away from children.
