The AYGEN CalmDo Air Fryer Oven utilizes a 360° hot air convection system for faster and more even cooking, reducing the need for excessive oil compared to traditional frying methods.

Figure 6.1: Air frying offers a healthier alternative to traditional deep frying, using super-heated air to achieve crispy results with significantly less fat.
- Preheating: For best results, preheat the oven for 3-5 minutes before adding food.
- Oil Usage: While air frying requires little to no oil, a light spray or toss with a small amount of oil can enhance crispiness and flavor for some foods.
- Even Cooking: For even cooking, especially with larger batches, shake or flip food halfway through the cooking process.
- Capacity: The 12L/12.7QT capacity is suitable for cooking a 2kg chicken, an 8-inch pizza, or 18 chicken wings. Avoid overcrowding the oven to ensure proper air circulation.
