The GOOJODOQ GD13 stylus pen is an advanced tool for digital creation and navigation on compatible iPad devices. It features a sleek design, magnetic attachment for charging, and precise input capabilities.

Setup

1. Charging the Stylus

The GD13 stylus supports magnetic wireless charging. Simply attach the stylus to the side of your compatible iPad. The iPad will display the charging status and battery level on its desktop. A full charge takes approximately 90 minutes.

The stylus features a smart indicator light to show battery level:

• Red Light: 0-20% battery
• Blue Light: 20-80% battery
• Green Light: 80-100% battery

2. Bluetooth Connection

For real-time power display and full functionality, connect the GD13 stylus via Bluetooth:

1. If you have an Apple Pencil previously paired, unpair it first by going to "Settings" > "Bluetooth" on your iPad.
2. Open "Settings" > "Bluetooth" and turn it on.
3. Find the device named "GD13 pencil" in the list and click "Connect".

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

Long press the top of the stylus for 3 seconds to turn it on or off. The stylus will automatically sleep after 5 minutes of inactivity to conserve power.

2. Palm Rejection

The GD13 stylus features palm rejection technology, allowing you to rest your hand naturally on the iPad screen while writing or drawing without causing unintended marks. This enhances comfort and precision.

3. Tilt Function & Sensitivity

The stylus supports tilt sensitivity, allowing you to change the thickness of your strokes by simply changing the tilt angle of the pen. This feature is ideal for shading and artistic effects.

Note: The stylus does not have pressure sensitivity. Its high sensitivity and precision are comparable to regular styluses. The size of the pencil tip is interchangeable with Apple Pencil 1st/2nd generation tips.

4. Easy-to-Use Functions (Gestures)

The GD13 stylus offers convenient auxiliary functions through simple gestures:

• Double-tap the iPad screen: Wakes up the iPad and quickly opens the Notes app.
• Swipe from the bottom right corner of the iPad screen to the center: Quickly enters the memo function.
• Swipe from the lower left corner of the iPad screen to the center: Instantly takes a screenshot.

Maintenance

1. Nib Replacement

The stylus comes with two extra nibs for replacement. To replace a nib, gently twist the old nib counter-clockwise to remove it, then screw in the new nib clockwise until secure. Ensure the nib is firmly attached before use.

2. Cleaning

Wipe the stylus body with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the finish.

3. Storage

Store the stylus in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. When not in use, attaching it magnetically to your iPad can help prevent loss and keep it charged.
