  • General Care: Keep the frame away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and areas with high humidity. Avoid dropping the device or exposing it to strong impacts.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Frame does not power on: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the frame and a working electrical outlet.
  • "Not Support" message displayed: This typically indicates an unsupported media file format or resolution. Refer to the specifications section for supported formats. For videos, ensure the resolution is 1080P or lower and the frame rate is 30FPS or lower.
  • Video/Audio Choppy: If playing videos with resolution higher than 1080p or frame rate higher than 30fps, the video and audio may not synchronize. Convert videos to 1080p and 30fps for optimal performance.
  • SD card media not resuming playback: While USB drives may resume video playback after power cycling, some SD cards might revert to the home screen. Check your frame's settings for specific media resume options, or consider using a USB drive for continuous video playback.
  • Remote control not working: Ensure the plastic tab has been removed from the battery compartment. Check if the remote's battery needs replacement. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the frame's infrared receiver.
