Important Safety Information

Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons, including the following:

  • Read all instructions carefully before operating the slicer.
  • Blade Safety: The blade is extremely sharp. Always handle with extreme care. Never touch the blade directly. Use the food pusher for safety and control.
  • Personal Protection: We recommend always using eye and hand protection (such as cut-resistant gloves) and hair nets during operation.
  • Power Supply: Ensure the slicer is connected to a 120VAC, 60Hz power outlet. Do not use with an adapter or extension cord unless absolutely necessary and rated for the appliance.
  • Stability: Ensure the slicer is placed on a stable, flat, and dry surface. The four non-slip suction cup feet provide sturdiness during use.
  • Supervision: Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
  • Cleaning: Always unplug the slicer from the power outlet before cleaning or when not in use. Do not immerse the motor base in water or other liquids. The slicer is not dishwasher safe.
  • Food Preparation: Never slice frozen items, bones, or items with hard pits. This can damage the blade and motor.
  • Maintenance: Do not attempt to repair or disassemble the slicer yourself. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.
