Assembly Instructions

Assembly requires two adults. Follow the steps below carefully. Components are pre-drilled and pre-cut for ease of assembly.

Step 1: Assemble the Main Crossbar

1. Connect the main crossbar sections (labeled 1, 2, 3-1, and 2-1) using the provided bolts (B11, B5, B3) and cover with B4 caps. Ensure all connections are secure.
2. Place silicone caps over the exposed bolt heads for safety.

Step 2: Assemble the A-Frame Legs (Left Side)

1. Connect the leg sections (4-2 and 4-1) to the 3-1 crossbar using bolts (B9, B6, B5, Z3, P).
2. Ensure the connections are tight and stable.

Step 3: Attach Climbing Net

1. Slip the climbing net into the designated leg sections. Pay attention to the positive and negative directions of the climbing rope and the up and down orientation.
2. Secure the net as per the instructions.

Step 4: Insert Ladder Rods

1. Insert the 4-3 and 4-4 rods into 4-1 and 4-2 respectively.
2. On the right side, insert the No. 4 tube of the lower leg into the No. 4 tube of the upper leg.

Step 5: Connect Ladder and Secure

1. Connect sections 4-2, 4-4, and 7 together using bolts (B9, B6, B5, Z3, P) for fixation.
2. Finally, assemble the 5 rod and use bolts (B9, B6, B5, Z3, P) to fix it. Tighten all screws securely.

Step 6: Assemble Platform Swing

1. Attach R4d and R4c to the 6's pocket. Thread 7-1 (rope) through R4-E.
2. Connect R4d, R4c, and R4-E. Secure with Z8, Z6-1, Z6, Z4. The remaining three parts are installed in the same way.
3. Tip: The installation direction of all 4 tubes is facing upwards. Ensure the right direction while installing.

Step 7: Attach Swings to Frame

1. Assemble each swing (platform swing, belt swing, tree swing) to the main swing frame.
2. Fix them with the provided hardware (7-1, B3, B4). Ensure all connections are secure and swings hang freely.
