3. Setup Guide

3.1. SIM Card Installation

The wonlex KT24 Smart Watch requires a Nano SIM card for 4G connectivity, calls, and GPS tracking. T-Mobile 4G SIM cards are recommended. Verizon is not compatible.

1. Turn off the watch using the shutdown option in Settings.
2. Carefully remove the watch body from its case by pushing your two thumbs down on the screen.
3. Pull out the card slot located on the left side of the smartwatch.
4. Place the metal chip of the Nano SIM card upward and insert it into the card slot.
5. Turn on the watch to check for a 4G signal.

Important: After SIM activation, it may take up to 24 hours for GPRS and data settings to synchronize. Ensure the device is turned ON and placed in a good reception area. Do not install your SIM card until activation is complete.

3.2. Initial Power On & App Connection

After inserting the SIM card, press and hold the power button to turn on the watch. The watch will guide you through initial language and location selection.

1. Download the companion mobile application (e.g., "Setracker2" or similar, as indicated in the watch manual) on your smartphone.
2. Register an account and add your watch by scanning the QR code displayed on the watch screen or found in the manual.
3. Set up family members and emergency contacts within the app.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Basic Navigation

The watch features a 1.4-inch OGS color touch screen. Swipe left/right to navigate through applications and settings. Tap an icon to open an application.

4.2. Communication Features

• Phone Call: Make and receive calls from pre-set contacts.
• Video/Voice Chat: Engage in real-time video calls or send voice messages to approved contacts via the app.
• SOS Alarm: In an emergency, long-press the Power Button for 3 seconds. The watch will automatically call and send information to 3 pre-set phone numbers.

4.3. GPS Tracking

The watch combines GPS, Wi-Fi, and LBS data for accurate positioning. Parents can monitor the child's location and set GPS reading intervals through the mobile app. For best accuracy, use outdoors with good signal.

5.2. Water Resistance

The wonlex KT24 Smart Watch is IP67 waterproof. This means it is resistant to splashes and brief immersion. Do NOT wear the watch for swimming or showering. It is best to remove the watch when washing hands or engaging in activities with significant water contact to prevent damage.

5.3. Cleaning

Use the provided wipes pad or a soft, dry cloth to clean the watch screen and body. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
