Setup Instructions
- Unpack: Carefully remove the heating pad and controller from its packaging.
- Inspect: Check the heating pad and power cord for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.
- Connect Controller: Ensure the controller cable is securely plugged into the heating pad connector. The connector is designed for a snug fit.
- Placement: Position the heating pad on the desired body area. Ensure it lies flat and is not folded or bunched up.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- Press the power button (⏻) on the controller to turn the heating pad on. The display will illuminate.
- Press the power button again to turn the heating pad off.
Adjusting Heat Settings
- With the heating pad on, press the "TEMP" button (🌡) to cycle through the 6 heat levels.
- The current heat level will be displayed on the controller.
- Refer to the table below for approximate temperature ranges:

Setting the Timer

- The default auto-off setting is 2 hours (120 minutes) if no specific timer is selected.
Moist Heat Application
- For moist heat therapy, lightly spray one side of the heating pad fabric with a fine mist of water using a spray bottle. Do not saturate the pad.
- Ensure the pad is not dripping wet before use.
- Apply the moistened side to the desired area.

Care and Maintenance
Cleaning Instructions
- Disconnect: Always unplug the heating pad from the electrical outlet and detach the controller from the pad before cleaning.
- Machine Wash: The fabric heating pad is machine washable. Wash on a gentle cycle with cold water.
