Troubleshooting
- Light does not turn on:
- Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into both the traffic light and a working electrical outlet.
- Check the inline switch on the power cord to ensure it is in the "on" position.
- Verify the power outlet is functional by plugging in another device.
- Remote control not working:
- Ensure there is a direct line-of-sight between the remote control and the traffic light. Obstructions can block the infrared signal.
- Check the batteries in the remote control and replace them if necessary.
- Move closer to the traffic light when operating the remote.
- Light stuck on one color or not responding to commands:
- Try power cycling the unit by unplugging it from the power source for a few seconds and then plugging it back in.
- Ensure the remote control batteries are fresh and the remote is functioning correctly.
- If the issue persists, contact customer support.
