Designed for portability and comfort, this massage table features adjustable height, a removable headrest, and armrests, making it suitable for various professional and personal uses. Please read this manual thoroughly before initial use to ensure safe and correct operation.
2. Safety Instructions
- Ensure the massage table is placed on a stable, level surface before use.
- Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 250 kg (550 lbs).
- Keep hands and fingers clear of moving parts during setup and adjustment to prevent pinching.
- Regularly inspect all components for wear, damage, or loose connections. Do not use the table if any part is damaged.
- Keep children and pets away from the table during setup and use.
- Avoid exposing the table to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
3. Package Contents
Verify that all components are present in the package:
- Yaheetech Portable 2-Zone Massage Table (main unit)
- Adjustable Headrest
- Two (2) Side Armrests
- Front Arm Sling (for headrest attachment)
- Carrying Case
4. Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to set up your massage table:
- Unfolding the Table: Place the folded massage table on its side on a flat surface. Release the latches and gently open the table like a suitcase. Allow the legs to unfold automatically.
- Securing the Legs: Ensure all four legs are fully extended and the support cables are taut. The table should stand firmly on its own.
- Adjusting Height: Each leg features a knob for height adjustment. Unscrew the knob, pull the inner leg section to the desired height (there are 8 adjustable positions from 64 cm to 85.5 cm), and then securely tighten the knob. Ensure all four legs are adjusted to the same height for stability.
- Attaching the Headrest: Locate the headrest port at one end of the table. Insert the headrest support bars into the two holes. Adjust the angle of the headrest using the quick-lock lever. Lift to unlock and adjust, push down to lock.
- Attaching Armrests: Insert the metal rods of the side armrests into the designated holes on the sides of the table.
- Attaching Front Arm Sling: If desired, attach the front arm sling to the headrest support bars for additional client comfort.

5. Operating Instructions
Once assembled, the massage table is ready for use. Consider the following for optimal operation:
- Client Positioning: Guide the client to lie down carefully on the table. The 2-zone design allows for comfortable positioning.
- Headrest Adjustment: Adjust the headrest angle as needed for client comfort, ensuring proper neck alignment. Use the quick-lock mechanism to secure the position.
- Armrest Use: The side armrests provide support for the client's arms. The front arm sling offers an alternative resting position for the arms and shoulders when lying prone.
- Height Adjustment: The adjustable height feature allows the practitioner to work at an ergonomic level, reducing strain. Adjust the height before the client is on the table, or with assistance if necessary.

6. Maintenance
Proper maintenance will extend the life of your massage table:
- Cleaning: The table's surface is made of PVC artificial leather, which is water-repellent and oil-resistant. Clean the surface with a dry cloth after each use. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap solution and wipe dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Inspection: Periodically check all screws, bolts, and connections to ensure they are tight. Inspect the support cables for any signs of fraying or damage.
- Storage: When not in use, fold the table into its carrying case and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your massage table, refer to the following:
