Troubleshooting
- No Internet Connection:
- Check if the SIM card is correctly inserted and activated.

- Ensure your mobile data plan is active and has available data.
- Reboot the router by unplugging and re-plugging the power adapter.
- Slow Internet Speed:
- Check the 4G LTE signal strength. A weak signal will result in slower speeds.
- Ensure there are no too many devices connected to the Wi-Fi network simultaneously.
- Minimize interference from other electronic devices.
- Consider upgrading to higher gain external antennas if signal is consistently poor.
- Wi-Fi Connection Issues:
- Ensure the Wi-Fi LED indicator is on.
- Verify you are using the correct Wi-Fi password.
- Try restarting both the router and your Wi-Fi device.
- Check Wi-Fi settings in the web interface.
- Router Not Responding (Hard Reset):
- If the router is unresponsive, use a paperclip or pin to press and hold the reset button on the rear panel for about 10 seconds. This will restore the router to factory default settings. Warning: All custom configurations will be lost.
