Setup

1. Initial Charging

1. Place both earbuds into the charging case.
2. Connect the USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter).
3. The indicator light on the charging case will illuminate to show charging status. A full charge for both the case and headphones takes approximately 2 hours.
4. Once fully charged, disconnect the charging cable.

2. Pairing with Your Device

1. Ensure the headphones are charged.
2. Open the charging case. The headphones will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), go to the Bluetooth settings.
4. Enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
5. Select "Force Play TWS" from the list of found devices.
6. Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm successful pairing. The headphones will automatically connect to the last paired device when removed from the case.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off and begin charging.

Touch Controls

Each earbud features a touch sensor for easy control of music playback and calls.

Voice Control

The Force Play headphones support voice assistants like Siri and Google Assistant. Triple tap either earbud to activate your device's voice assistant, allowing you to control main device functions or launch playlists using voice commands.

Maintenance and Care

One Earbud Not Working

• Ensure both earbuds are properly seated in the charging case and fully charged.
• Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the case with a dry cotton swab.

Charging Issues
