Safety Instructions

  • Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.

Setup and Assembly

  1. Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
  2. Carefully place the work bowl onto the motor base, aligning the handle with the right side of the base. Rotate clockwise until it locks into place.
  3. Select the appropriate blade or disc for your task:
    • For chopping, mincing, or pureeing: Place the Stainless Steel S-Blade onto the center shaft of the work bowl.
    • For kneading dough: Place the Plastic S-Blade onto the center shaft.
    • For slicing or shredding: Place the Reversible Disc onto the center shaft. Ensure the desired side (slicing or shredding) is facing upwards.
  4. Place the lid onto the work bowl, aligning the tab on the lid with the slot on the work bowl handle. Rotate clockwise until it clicks securely into place.
  5. Insert the push rod into the feed tube opening on the lid.
  6. Ensure all components are correctly assembled and locked before plugging the unit into a power outlet.

Operating Instructions

The Anthter Food Processor features a control dial with two speed settings (1 and 2) and a pulse function (P) for precise control over your processing tasks.

General Operation:

  1. After assembly, add your ingredients to the work bowl. For slicing or shredding, add ingredients through the feed tube.
  2. Plug the food processor into a standard electrical outlet.
  3. Turn the control dial to the desired speed setting (1 or 2) or to 'P' for pulse action.
    • Speed 1: Lower speed for softer ingredients or lighter tasks.
    • Speed 2: Higher speed for harder ingredients or more intensive processing.
    • Pulse (P): Provides short bursts of power for coarse chopping, controlling texture, or starting tough ingredients. Release the dial to stop.
  4. Use the push rod to guide ingredients through the feed tube when slicing or shredding. Never use your fingers.
  5. Once processing is complete, turn the dial to '0' and unplug the appliance.

  • Chopping/Mincing (Stainless Steel S-Blade): Ideal for meats, vegetables, nuts, and herbs. Use pulse for coarse chops, continuous speed for finer results.

  • Slicing/Shredding (Reversible Disc): Perfect for carrots, cucumbers, potatoes, and cheese. Ensure the correct side of the disc is facing up.

  • Dough Making (Plastic S-Blade): Use for mixing and kneading various types of dough.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Anthter Food Processor.

  • Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
  • Work Bowl, Lid, Blades, and Discs: These parts are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. Alternatively, they can be hand washed with warm, soapy water. Use a brush for hard-to-reach areas and sharp blades. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing.
  • Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water or any other liquid.
