Regular cleaning is essential for optimal performance and hygiene. Always unplug the humidifier before cleaning.

5.1 Daily Maintenance

  • Empty any remaining water from the tank and base.
  • Rinse the water tank and base with fresh water.
  • Refill with fresh water before each use.

5.2 Weekly Maintenance

  • Cleaning the Water Tank: Remove the lid and wipe the inside of the tank with a soft cloth. For mineral buildup, use a solution of white vinegar and water (1:1 ratio). Let it soak for 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
  • Cleaning the Base Unit: Carefully wipe the inside of the base, especially the ultrasonic transducer (the small disc), with a soft cloth dampened with white vinegar. Do not scrub or use abrasive cleaners. Rinse with clean water, being careful not to get water into the air outlet.
  • Cleaning the Aroma Tray: If using the aroma function, clean the aroma tray and replace the aroma pad as needed.
  • Drying: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and storing or using the humidifier.
