Operating Instructions
1. PIR Motion Detection & Instant Notifications
The doorbell camera features PIR (Passive Infrared) motion detection. You will receive instant notifications on your smartphone when motion is detected or when someone presses the doorbell button. The AI recognition function can accurately distinguish between people, pets, packages, and vehicles, reducing false alerts.

2. Two-Way Audio & Voice Changer
Communicate with visitors directly through the doorbell's built-in microphone and speaker. You can also select from pre-recorded voice messages for quick replies. The unique voice changer feature allows you to alter your voice (Original, Clown, Man) to protect your privacy and identity.

Troubleshooting
| Issue | Possible Cause / Solution |
|---|---|
| Doorbell not connecting to Wi-Fi | Ensure you are connected to a 2.4G Wi-Fi network. 5G Wi-Fi is not supported. Check Wi-Fi signal strength at the installation location. Restart your router and the doorbell. |
| No motion detection alerts | Check motion detection sensitivity settings in the app. Ensure motion detection is enabled. Verify the detection zone covers the desired area. Ensure the doorbell battery is not critically low. |
| Chime not ringing | Ensure the chime is powered on and properly paired with the doorbell. Re-pair the chime if necessary (refer to "Chime Pairing" in Setup section). Check chime volume settings. |
| Poor video quality at night | Ensure the camera lens is clean. Check for any obstructions blocking the infrared sensors. Ensure there are no strong light sources directly facing the camera at night, which can overexpose the image. |
| Battery drains quickly | Frequent motion detection events, live view access, or two-way audio usage can reduce battery life. Adjust motion detection sensitivity and frequency settings. Ensure the doorbell is fully charged after each recharge. |
