1. Product Overview
The Kebidu 12V LCD MP3 Decoder is a multi-functional digital audio player designed for car and vehicle electronics. It integrates Bluetooth 5.0 for stable wireless connections, an MP3/WMA/WAV/FLAC/APE decoder, FM radio, and a recording function. The unit supports USB drives and TF/SD cards up to 32GB for media playback and features an AUX input for external audio sources. A clear LCD screen displays information, including synchronized lyrics, and a remote control is included for convenient operation.

3. Components and Controls
3.1 Main Unit Interface

- IR: Infrared receiver module for remote control.
- MIC: Microphone for call and recording functions.
- USB Interface: Connect to a U disk (maximum support 32GB).
- LCD Screen: Displays synchronized lyrics and operational information.
- SD Card Slot: Connect to an SD memory card (maximum support 32GB).
- AUX Interface: Audio input interface for external devices.
- Volume Knob: Controls the audio output volume.
- REC: Long press to start recording. Press again to stop recording and play the recorded file. Requires a storage device (U disk or TF card).
- REPEAT: Press once for single song repeat. Press again to cancel and play sequentially.
- PREV/: Short press for previous song. Long press for rewind.
- PLAY/PAUSE: Short press to toggle play/pause. Long press for FM radio automatic station scan.
- NEXT: Short press for next song. Long press for fast forward.
- MODE: Switches between USB / TF / FM / AUX / BLUETOOTH modes.
3.2 Remote Control
The included remote control provides convenient access to all major functions of the decoder unit from a distance.

4. Setup and Installation
4.1 Wiring Diagram
Refer to the diagram below for proper connection of power and audio signals. Ensure all connections are secure before powering on the device.

- Power Connection: Connect the 12V DC power positive (+) and negative (-) terminals to the corresponding inputs on the board.
- Audio Input: Connect external audio sources to the Audio Input L (Left), Audio Input R (Right), and Audio Input Ground terminals.
- Audio Output: Connect to your amplifier or speakers via the Audio Output L (Left), Audio Output R (Right), and Audio Output Ground terminals.
- Radio FM Antenna: Connect an appropriate antenna to the Radio FM terminal for optimal radio reception.
4.2 Mounting
The panel is surrounded by screw holes for easy mounting into a compatible enclosure or dashboard. The board depth is 22mm, so ensure sufficient space for installation.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Basic Operation
- Power On/Off: The unit powers on automatically when 12V DC is supplied. There is no dedicated power button; power is controlled by the external power source.
- Volume Control: Rotate the volume knob on the front panel to adjust the audio output level.
5.2 Mode Switching
Press the MODE button on the front panel or remote control to cycle through available modes: USB → TF → FM → AUX → BLUETOOTH.
5.3 USB/TF Card Playback
- Insert a USB drive into the USB interface or a TF/SD card into the SD card slot. The unit will automatically detect and begin playing supported audio files.
- Play/Pause: Press PLAY/PAUSE to pause or resume playback.
- Next/Previous Song: Press NEXT or PREV/ to skip tracks.
- Fast Forward/Rewind: Long press NEXT for fast forward, long press PREV/ for rewind.
- Repeat: Press REPEAT for single song repeat. Press again to cancel.
5.4 Bluetooth Operation
- Switch the unit to BLUETOOTH mode using the MODE button. The LCD screen will display "BT Disconnect" or similar.
- On your mobile device, search for Bluetooth devices and select the device named "BT-SPEAKER" or similar.
- Once paired, you can stream audio wirelessly from your device to the decoder.
- The MIC supports Bluetooth call functionality.
5.5 FM Radio
- Switch the unit to FM mode using the MODE button.
- Automatic Station Scan: Long press the PLAY/PAUSE button to initiate an automatic scan and save available FM stations.
- Tune Stations: Use the NEXT and PREV/ buttons to navigate through saved stations.

5.6 Recording Function
- Ensure a USB drive or TF card is inserted into the unit.
- Long press the REC button to start recording.
- Press the REC button again to stop the recording and automatically play the recorded file.
5.7 Lyrics Display
The LCD screen supports synchronized lyrics display for compatible audio files. Ensure your audio files have embedded lyrics for this feature to work.
6. Maintenance
- Keep the device clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Do not expose the unit to excessive moisture, dust, or extreme temperatures.
- Ensure proper ventilation around the unit during operation.
7. Troubleshooting
