3. Setup

3.1 Battery Installation

  1. Ensure the leaf blower is turned off and the trigger is not engaged.
  2. Align the battery pack with the battery port on the tool.
  3. Slide the battery pack into the tool until it clicks securely into place.
  4. To remove the battery, press the release button on the battery pack and slide it out.

Note: This tool requires 1 Lithium Ion battery. Ensure the battery is fully charged before use.

3.2 Nozzle Attachment

  1. Align the desired nozzle attachment with the blower's air outlet.
  2. Push the nozzle firmly onto the outlet until it is securely seated.
  3. Ensure the nozzle is locked in place to prevent it from detaching during operation.
  4. To remove, twist and pull the nozzle from the air outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Starting and Stopping

  1. Ensure the battery is installed and the nozzle is securely attached.
  2. Hold the blower firmly with both hands, utilizing the main handle and the second handle for better control.
  3. To start, press the trigger. The blower achieves full throttle in under 1 second.
  4. To stop, release the trigger.

4.2 Variable Speed Control

The blower features an ambidextrous variable speed lock. This allows you to adjust and maintain a specific blowing speed for different applications.

  • To increase or decrease speed, adjust the variable speed dial/lever.
  • To lock the speed, engage the speed lock mechanism at the desired setting. This maintains a consistent blowing force of 17.7 N.
  • To disengage the speed lock, release the mechanism.

4.3 Clearing Techniques

  • General Clearing: Use a sweeping motion, moving debris away from desired areas.
  • Heavy Debris: For wet leaves or heavier debris, use short, powerful bursts of air.
  • Corners and Edges: Utilize the precise control offered by the variable speed lock for delicate areas.
