Setup
Connectivity Modes
The NJ80-AP supports three connection methods: Wired, 2.4G Wireless, and Bluetooth.

Initial Connection
- Wired Mode: Connect the USB-C cable from the keyboard to your computer. The keyboard will be automatically detected.
- 2.4G Wireless Mode: Insert the 2.4G USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer. Switch the keyboard to 2.4G mode (refer to the switch on the bottom of the keyboard). The keyboard should connect automatically.
- Bluetooth Mode:
- Switch the keyboard to Bluetooth mode.
- On your device (computer, tablet, smartphone), enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
- Select "NJ80-AP" from the list of available devices to pair. The keyboard supports up to three Bluetooth devices.
Software Installation
For advanced customization of key bindings, macros, and RGB lighting, download and install the official Keydous software from the manufacturer's website. The software is compatible with Windows and Mac operating systems.

Operating Instructions
Basic Functions
- Typing: Use the standard QWERTY layout for text input.
- Function Keys (F1-F12): Access multimedia controls or system functions by pressing the
FN key in combination with the respective F-keys.
RGB Lighting Control
The NJ80-AP features customizable RGB backlighting. Use the dedicated software or keyboard shortcuts to adjust lighting effects, brightness, and color.

Battery Management
The keyboard is equipped with a 4800 mAh battery. Connect the USB-C cable to charge the keyboard. The RGB lighting may indicate charging status or battery level.

Maintenance
Cleaning the Keyboard
- Disconnect the keyboard from all power sources.

Keycap and Switch Installation/Removal
- Keycap Removal: Gently pull keycaps straight up using the keycap puller.
- Keycap Installation: Align the keycap with the switch stem and press down firmly until it clicks into place.
- Switch Removal: Use the switch puller to grip the top and bottom clips of the switch and pull straight up.
- Switch Installation: Align the pins of the new switch with the hot-swap sockets on the PCB. Press down gently until the switch is seated. Do not force it to avoid bending pins.

Firmware Updates

Troubleshooting
- Keyboard not responding: Ensure the keyboard is charged and connected correctly (wired, 2.4G receiver, or Bluetooth paired). Try restarting the keyboard or your device.
- Wireless connectivity issues: Check battery level. Ensure the 2.4G receiver is securely plugged in or Bluetooth is enabled and paired. Move closer to the receiver/device to reduce interference.
- RGB lighting not working: Check lighting settings in the Keydous software. Ensure the keyboard is not in a low-power mode.
- Keys not registering: If specific keys are not working, try reseating the keycap and switch. If the issue persists, the switch may need replacement.
