Automatic Shut-Off

The humidifier is equipped with an automatic shut-off feature for safety. When the water level in the tank becomes too low, or if the water tank is removed from the base, the unit will automatically turn off. The indicator light may change color or turn off to signal this condition. Refill the water tank to resume operation.

Care and Maintenance

Regular cleaning is essential for optimal performance and to prevent mineral buildup and bacterial growth.

Daily Maintenance

  • Empty any remaining water from the tank and base.
  • Rinse the water tank and base with fresh water.
  • Wipe the base and transducer with a clean, soft cloth.
  • Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembly or storage.

Weekly Cleaning (or every 2-3 days with hard water)

  1. Unplug and Disassemble: Ensure the humidifier is unplugged. Remove the water tank and mist nozzle.
  2. Clean Water Tank: Unscrew the water tank cap. Fill the tank halfway with water and add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar. Shake vigorously and let it sit for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with clean water until the vinegar smell is gone.
  3. Clean Base Unit:Hand cleaning the base unit of the humidifier with a cloth

Pour 2 tablespoons of white vinegar into the water reservoir of the base unit. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Use a soft brush (not metal) or a cotton swab to gently clean the ultrasonic transducer (the small disc in the center) and the surrounding area. Do not scrub forcefully. Carefully pour out the vinegar solution, avoiding the air outlet. Rinse the reservoir thoroughly with clean water.

  4. Clean Mist Nozzle: Rinse the mist nozzle under running water. Use a small brush if necessary to remove any buildup.

Storage: If storing the humidifier for an extended period, ensure all parts are clean and dry. Store in a cool, dry place.
