This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your YunQiDeer 15.6-inch Digital Picture Frame. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure proper functionality and to maximize your experience.

1. Setup

1.1 Package Contents

1.2 Powering On

Connect the power adapter to the DC input port on the back of the digital picture frame and then plug it into a power outlet. The frame will automatically power on.

1.3 Initial Configuration & Wi-Fi Connection

Upon first power-on, the frame will guide you through the initial setup process. This includes selecting your language, time zone, and connecting to a Wi-Fi network. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz, as the frame supports WAP/WAP2 encryption protocols.

1.4 Frameo App Setup

To share photos and videos remotely, download the free "Frameo" app from Google Play Store (for Android) or Apple App Store (for iOS). Follow the in-app instructions to create an account and connect your digital frame using the unique code displayed on the frame.

2. Operating the Digital Picture Frame

2.1 Sharing Photos and Videos

You can share content to your frame using two primary methods:

• Via Frameo App: Send photos or short videos (up to 15 seconds) directly from your smartphone to the frame from anywhere in the world. The app allows you to select multiple photos/videos and add captions.
• Via SD Card or USB Drive: Upload photos and videos in batches using an SD card (up to 64GB) or a USB drive. The frame supports importing up to 50 photos and multiple videos over 40 seconds simultaneously.

2.2 Display Features

The 15.6-inch digital picture frame features a 1920x1080 IPS touch screen with a 180° viewing angle, ensuring clear visuals from various perspectives. The touch screen allows for easy navigation, pausing slideshows, and adjusting settings.

• Auto-Rotate: The frame automatically rotates photos to match its orientation, whether placed in portrait or landscape mode, or mounted on a wall.
• Slideshow & Video Playback: Display photos in a continuous slideshow. The frame also supports video playback with built-in speakers for clear audio.

2.3 Memory Management

The frame comes with 32GB of built-in memory, capable of storing over 80,000 pictures. You can expand storage and import content using a micro SD card (up to 64GB) or a USB driver.

2.4 Multi-User Connection & Reactions

The Frameo app allows for multi-user connections, enabling unlimited friends and family to share moments to your frame. Additionally, the "Reactions" feature allows senders to see how recipients feel about shared photos, fostering connection even when miles apart.

2.5 Sleep Mode

The frame features a customizable Sleep Mode. When activated, the screen will automatically turn off during set times to optimize energy efficiency.

3. Maintenance

3.1 Cleaning the Frame

To clean the screen, gently wipe it with a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn smudges, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a screen-safe cleaning solution. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

3.2 Software Updates

The Frameo software is continuously updated with new features and improvements. Ensure your frame is connected to Wi-Fi to receive and install these updates automatically or manually check for them in the settings menu.

4. Troubleshooting

4.1 Wi-Fi Connection Issues

If you experience difficulty connecting to Wi-Fi:

• Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. The frame does not support 5GHz networks.
• Verify that your router's encryption protocol is set to WAP or WAP2. The frame does not support WAP3.
• Restart your Wi-Fi router and the digital frame.
• Ensure the Wi-Fi signal strength is adequate where the frame is located.

4.2 Frame Not Responding

If the frame becomes unresponsive, try the following:

• Gently press the reset button (if available, refer to physical diagram on product page or quick start guide).
• Unplug the power adapter, wait 10 seconds, and then plug it back in to perform a hard reset.

4.3 Photos/Videos Not Appearing

If content sent via the app or USB/SD card is not appearing:

• Ensure the frame is connected to Wi-Fi if sending via the app.
• Check if the files on the SD card/USB drive are in a supported format (e.g., JPEG for photos, MP4 for videos).
• Verify that the SD card or USB drive is properly inserted.
• Check the frame's internal storage capacity.
