2. Battery Care
To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the mouse frequently. Charge the mouse when the battery indicator is low. Store the mouse in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
Troubleshooting
Mouse Not Responding:
Ensure the mouse is powered on. Check the battery level and charge if necessary. For 2.4G connection, verify the USB receiver is securely plugged in. For Bluetooth, ensure the mouse is in the correct BT mode (BT1/BT2) and properly paired with your device. Try re-pairing if issues persist.
Lag or Disconnection:
Move the mouse closer to the receiver/device. Ensure there are no strong interferences (e.g., other wireless devices, metal objects) nearby. For Bluetooth, try disconnecting and reconnecting the mouse in your device's Bluetooth settings.
DPI Not Changing:
Ensure you are pressing the dedicated DPI button. Cycle through all three settings to confirm functionality.
Charging Issues:
Verify the Type-C cable is correctly inserted into both the mouse and the power source. Try a different USB port or charging adapter. Ensure the cable is not damaged.
