1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

• Read all instructions before use.
• Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
• To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the main unit in water or other liquid.
• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.

• Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.

• Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to “off”, then remove plug from wall outlet.
• Do not use appliance for other than intended use.

3. Product Components

Your BELLA Digital Air Fryer consists of the following main components:

• Main Unit: Houses the heating element, fan, and control panel.
• Digital Touch Screen: For setting time, temperature, and selecting preset functions.

4. Setup and First Use

Before First Use:

1. Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
2. Clean the air fryer basket and cooking rack thoroughly with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
3. Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
4. Do not fill the air fryer basket with oil or any other liquid.

Placement:

• Place the appliance on a stable, horizontal, and heat-resistant surface.
• Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of free space on the back and sides of the appliance, and 10 cm (4 inches) of free space above it.

5. Operating Instructions

General Operation:

1. Plug the power cord into a wall outlet. The digital display will illuminate.
2. Carefully pull the air fryer basket out of the appliance.
3. Place the cooking rack inside the basket. Place your ingredients on the cooking rack. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
4. Slide the air fryer basket back into the appliance.
5. Press the Power button to turn on the air fryer.

Using the Digital Touch Screen:

• Power Button: Turns the unit on/off.
• Temperature/Time Control: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust temperature (up to 200°C) and time (up to 60 minutes). Press the 'TEMP/TIME' button to switch between adjusting temperature and time.
• Preset Functions: The air fryer features 6 preset cooking modes: Fries, Dessert, Chicken, Shrimp, Steak, and Fish. Press the 'MENU' button to cycle through these options. Each preset has a default time and temperature, which can be adjusted manually.
• Preheat Function: Press the 'PREHEAT' button to quickly preheat the air fryer before adding food.

Cooking Process:

1. Select your desired preset or manually set the temperature and time.
2. Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
3. During cooking, you may pull out the basket to shake or flip ingredients for even cooking. The air fryer will pause automatically and resume when the basket is reinserted.
4. Once the timer reaches zero, the air fryer will beep, indicating cooking is complete.
5. Carefully pull out the basket and transfer the cooked food to a serving dish.

Cleaning Steps:

1. Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
2. Clean the air fryer basket and cooking rack after every use. They are dishwasher safe, or you can wash them with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
3. For stubborn food residue, soak the basket and rack in hot water with dish soap for about 10 minutes.
4. Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
5. Clean the inside of the appliance with a hot water and non-abrasive sponge.
